Product Features：

On the basis of comprehensively introducing new technologies, new materials and new techniques and innovative ideas, the company produced AT series pneumatic actuators through research, development and design.The following advantages:

1.AT-series pneumatic actuators full conform to the latest international standards:ISO5211,DIN3337, VDINDE- 3845 and NAMUR.

2.Fully enclosed structure and can be installed in any direction.

3.The cylinder is made of die-casting aluminum, the interior has passed through fine grinding and hard anodic oxidation treatment, with long service life, low friction coefficient, rapid movements.

4.All movable surfaces select oil-free lubrication bearing, which has low friction coefficient, low service life, and without noise, and be free of maintenance.

5.The actutor can be mounted directly on a solenoid valve without external pipeline.

6.Mounted with two independent stroke adjusting mechanisms, easy for conducting adjustment of ±5 fully- open or fully- closed positions.

7.Actuators with the same external structure have dual-action type and single-action(spring reset) type for selection, the single-action type has normally-closed type and normally-open type.

8.The single-action and dual-action can be freely interchanged, only need to install or take out the spring.

9.The top export accessories meet the NAMUR standard, with multi-function indication.

10.The hand-operating mechanism is module structure, it is an optional part.

11.The installation and disassembly of the precompression load spring is safe and convenient.

12.The inner chamber of the cylinder uses rolling process, with strong abrasive resistance.

13.Anti environmental corrosion coating, small gas consumption, the improved products are traceable.

14.The piston and the end cover are made of die-casting aluminum alloy, with high rigidity, light weight.

15.Change the material of seals, making them suitable for high temperature or low temperature occasions.

General Data：

The maximum rated air pressure is 8bar, the minimum air pressure is 2.5bar.

Temperature Range：Standard Temperature：-20℃(-4℉) to +80℃(+176℉)

High Temperature：-15℃(+5℉) to +150℃(+302℉)

Low Temperature：-40℃(-104℉) to +80℃(+176℉)
